SciEnTeK-12 Foundation

EXCITING YOUNG MINDS ABOUT SCIENCE

The SciEnTeK-12 Foundation was formed in 1998 to provide a source of funding and management for the Southern Arizona Regional Science and Engineering Fair (SARSEF).  During its formulation it was agreed that our mission statement should be broad enough to encompass any and all programs associated with science education for Kindergarten through 12th Grade students and schools.  Our mission is to excite young minds about science.
STUDENTS: If this is your first project congratulations, we know it will be a fun and rewarding experience.  Get your notebook ready, click on the STUDENT menu above and start reading.  You will note we put the notebook the first item on that menu, it is that important.  So explore and have fun.  Email us if you have questions.

TEACHERS: We hope we have organized this site so that you can quickly find the information you need.  The leadoff in the Teacher menu is the First Time Fair Director.  There might not be enough information there , so request the Local Fair Guidebook if you want all the details.  Be sure to checkout how these projects help with AIMS testing.

PARENTS: Its fun Science Fair time again, how best can you assist your child?  Checkout the listing for some advice

VOLUNTEERS: We need Volunteer worker bees and volunteer judges, check it out and sign up

OTHER: Here we have Winner listing, Student's Advice to Students, Links and News and Notes

PROGRAMS: We include SARSEF Calendar, MSTFF, Physics Factory, Science Olympiad, ISEF, DCYSC, Future Fair Dates and an INDEX. (When looking for some specific detail, try the Index

CONTACTS: This menu Answers a few more questions regarding SciEnTeK-12 Foundation, a complete list of the Board of Directors, and SARSEF Staff (Director, SRC, Operations, Promotion, & Office Manager)

We urge all users of this web site to contact us with any suggestions to improve the site for your use.  The site is here to help you, so help us help you. suggestions@scientek12.org
