Volunteers at the Southern Arizona Regional Science and Engineering Fair and the Math Science and Technology Funfest are needed to do everything from running a booth at the Funfest to monitoring the halls and giving directions to visitors. We have no paid staff running these events, so without volunteers there simply is no event. The following is a list of jobs that need to be filled by volunteers:
Science Fair March (Monday - Friday) - Visit our calendar for exact dates
Registration helpers (Monday only)
Project Display and Safety monitoring/approval (Monday only)
Directing Visitor Traffic (Monday – Friday)
Hall Monitors (Monday – Friday)
Helping put up signs (Monday, Wednesday)
Mayors Night: Greeters & Hall Monitors, Sales (Monday – Friday)
Judges (Tuesday only)
