- 7:30 am Judges registration, Breakfast and Judges Briefing (Follow Signs at TCC)
- 8:30 am K-12 Judging, TCC Exhibit Halls B & C
- 11:00 am Middle School Interviews (NEW time this year!)
- 12:00 pm Interviews are over for 6-8th grade students
- 12:00 pm Lunch and Caucus
- 1:00 pm Interviews with High School students
- 3:30 pm Interviews are over for High School students
- 4:00 pm Final call for ALL judging sheets to be returned to the HUB in the Exhibit Hall

Students will not be at their projects in the morning during initial judging.
Middle School judging needs to be completed by noon, prior to the interviews, as they are not required and we need to have final results in before interviews. 4th and 5th grade, and High School judging teams work into afternoon. It is our hope that all judges, both Grand Awards and Specialty/Sponsored Awards Judges (those judging for specific company/organization awards) will assist with the 6-8th grade interviews (12:00 to 1:30), regardless of the grade they are judging. This is an extremely important time for us to make contact with these students and discuss their projects and encourage them to continue with science and engineering. This is a “Golden Opportunity” and all who have participated in the past, both students and professionals, have felt rewarded by the experience.
There are sample judging criteria listed on the "forms" portion of the web site for all interested in seeing what the students are being told the judges will be evaluating. This is important to review before the judging.
