We normally assign volunteer duties in 4 hour blocks of time. If you desire to work longer hours (more than on block at a time), please indicate this on the form. Thus, you are only giving us assignment flexibility by place an X in many of the 2 hour blocks on the volunteer form. We understand that no matter how many blocks you check, you want only one 4 hour shift on any given day unless you have checked a box indicating your willingness to work more than one shift or more than one day. In any event, we will contact you before making any assignment beyond the standard 4 hour shift. Please fill out the volunteer form, the students need lots of support from volunteers to put on their science fair.
